Capital Area District Library

Astoria Public Library
The Astoria Public Library provides free services to all residents living within the Astoria city boundaries with services available to all others for a fee. The library system holds over 49,000 materials including over 47,000 books, and more than 2,300 audio-visual items such as compact discs, dvds, videos and audio books.
National Agricultural Library
The National Agricultural Library is one of four national libraries of the United States, with locations in Beltsville, Maryland and Washington, D.C. It houses one of the world's largest and most accessible agricultural information collections and serves as the nexus for a national network of state land-grant and U.S. Department of Agriculture field libraries.
